Hello everyone. As you read further, you will find some things I learnt from the case study titled: For the Love of Food, People, and UX, which is a usability case study on food delivery app Eat24.

The case study was well written in the first-person case and an informal tone, making me relate more to the case study journey.

The writer highlighted her goals and she was able to run us through how she achieved every one of the goals.

I like the prompt that she used for her usability test as this enabled her to get adequate responses and feedback from the users.

Also, there was an emphasis on defining pain points and sorting out insights and feedback.

Remarkably, she did not only point out problems but also showed how she would solve them by designing interfaces and going through the whole design process of ideate-prototype-test.
